Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via India Post and are typically delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location. While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery may occasionally be affected by external factors such as courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Any applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared with you via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete. THESTACK BAR is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier may reattempt delivery, or the order may be returned to us, in which case additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Delays & Liability

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier disruptions, weather conditions, or operational delays. Once the order has been handed over to India Post, THESTACK BAR is not liable for delays in transit.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend not accepting the order and contacting us immediately at thestackbarr@gmail.com with relevant proof so we can assist you.
