No Returns Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered. All purchases made on our website are considered final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. In the rare case that you receive:

a damaged product
a defective item
or the wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thestackbarr@gmail.com  with:

your order number
clear images/videos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Eligibility for Replacement

To qualify for a replacement:

The item must be unused and in original packaging
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Proof (images/videos) must be provided

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept complaints or requests for:

Minor color variations (due to lighting/screen differences)
Change of mind after purchase
Size/fit preferences
Normal wear and tear

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges
